Job Summary

Own dry-goods and raw-material material planning and ordering for centrally planned categories (including bottles/closures) across unit locations on a PAN-India basis. Lead weekly ordering against SC asked plans, manage vendor runs, in-transit tracking, and purchase order creation in JDE. Drive KPI performance (availability, norms adherence, SLOB/write-offs) and partner with supply planning, procurement, quality, finance, and IT to improve processes using Anaplan, Power BI, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure material availability for weekly production plans across all unit locations from multiple vendors, including imported items.
•Order dry goods based on weekly plans by unit/SKU/vendor SOP/MOQ and raise purchase orders in JDE.
•Track vendor production runs, dispatch schedules, and goods in transit; maintain supply TAT reports.
•Drive KPI performance and RCA for material availability, norms adherence, and potential SLOBs/write-offs, including vendor scorecard management.
•Use IT tools and dashboards (Anaplan, Power BI) to minimize overrides, leverage Auto PO, and support efficiency projects like BOM/price updates and automation of reporting.

Key Requirements

•MBA from a reputed institute with an engineering background.
•Minimum 5 years of total experience in a reputed FMCG or beverage organization, with at least 3 years managing procurement/material planning.
•Adept at procurement procedures and techniques.
•Strong financial and business acumen.
•Experience in international Procurement and Supply Chain Management (plus).
