Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide predictive and preventive maintenance for pharmacy lab equipment, including tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, tablet coaters, and air compressors.
  • •Document maintenance technical data on predictive/preventive maintenance charts and records as required.
  • •Diagnose and repair equipment issues across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems.
  • •Perform calibration and testing to ensure accurate operation and compliance with quality standards; maintain calibration records.
  • •Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, coordinate repairs with production, and communicate safety or loss risks to management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • •2+ years of industry experience in maintenance or engineering in a related field.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot machinery problems without supervision and maintain/operate advanced technical equipment.
  • •Proficiency using business computer systems, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management.
  • •Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and using scissor/bucket lifts.
