Body Repair Operations Manager

Lead Lucid’s European collision repair operations by refining and executing a region-wide collision strategy. Build and manage a third-party body shop network, monitor partner performance using safety/quality and operational KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through standards, audits, and corrective actions. Partner with internal teams to optimize parts distribution and tailor program software/tools for European requirements, including training and rollout of specialized diagnostics and estimating platforms.
