Job Summary

Provide night-of-show guest service at Jiffy Lube Live by greeting guests, answering venue questions, and communicating available amenities. Work with the Ancillary Manager to determine show-specific offers and upsell promotions. Verify tickets or passes for authenticity, handle credit card transactions per audit guidelines, and manage inventory counts before and after shows. May assist other departments during peak/break times and help sell Future Tickets.

•Count physical inventory before and after each show, and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14.4 - 18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
•At least 2 years of guest service and communications experience preferred.
•Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
•Familiarity with iPhone and iPad technology, with strong communication and attention to detail.
