Job Summary

Support the Opportunity to Cash (O2C) function within the Horizon Program by ensuring stable, high-performing Oracle Fusion CX and PPM operational environments. You’ll manage incident and access request processes, license subscriptions, and enhancement requests via ServiceNow, while overseeing AMS performance and security/compliance audit trails. Partner with global process leads, solution architects, regional teams, and vendors to improve availability, reliability, and first-call resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage incident (INC) processes to resolve operational issues within service level agreements and targets.
•Handle access request management and support subscription/license requirements, including license subscription processes.
•Provide performance management and operational oversight for the AMS team while ensuring security management and audit trails.
•Enforce enhancement request processes through ServiceNow and support the operational support strategy for the Oracle Fusion environment.
•Work with vendors and WSP Horizon technical teams to oversee Oracle Fusion health and performance and support security/compliance with IT governance controls (52-109).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
•5 years of specialization in operations management, ideally within sales and/or project management environments.
•Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
•Experience with process optimization, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
•Experience supporting large, multi-national operational environments, with knowledge of compliance, audit, and security management practices.
