Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and engaging directly with customers to sell energy-efficient HVAC (multi-split) solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with property owners, general contractors, and design institutes, develop proposals with technical support, and manage project follow-through. Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues, oversee contract execution and collections, and ensure compliance with sales processes and reporting.
