Kitchen Equipment Technician (Abu Dhabi, AE)

Operate, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain kitchen equipment plus refrigeration and other MEP (mechanical and electrical) systems to keep venues running effectively. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs; maintain logs and records; and monitor key conditions such as refrigerated temperatures and condensing unit performance. Coordinate with facilities leadership on electro-mechanical work, support emergency response, follow safety and information security policies, and conduct any required installations and after-hours needs.
