Key Responsibilities

  • •Spearhead requirement engineering by gathering system requirements and analyzing/documenting software requirements.
  • •Define and evolve global software architecture (static and dynamic) in support of incremental improvements.
  • •Create high-level and low-level designs (HOOD/class definitions/UML), perform coding, debugging, and build generation.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders and verification teams to resolve complex technical issues, including troubleshooting system testing issues.
  • •Mentor and groom junior team members and maintain professional relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of experience across the full software lifecycle for avionics, including requirements definition, static/dynamic design, coding, and unit verification.
  • •Hands-on embedded software requirements engineering and architecture (static and dynamic).
  • •Experience with embedded programming in C/C++/ADA and building high-level and low-level designs (e.g., UML diagrams/HOOD).
  • •Unit testing experience and configuration/change management experience on RTOS and DO-178 standards.
  • •Ability to work with global (multisite) teams and strong knowledge of requirements/design/coding standards.
