Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior local leadership to support auction business goals and initiatives, including customer and team engagement.
  • •Advise senior leaders by gathering and analyzing business, financial, and operational information; use data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • •Partner with teams to identify project prioritization and drive key regional initiatives, including strategic plan development and alignment.
  • •Ensure efficient and economical performance of regional operations and locations in line with strategic objectives, including execution of change management.
  • •Mentor General Managers, drive accountability and succession planning, and ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation initiatives, developing people, and solving operational problems in a high-volume environment.
  • •Proven track record of leading and growing exempt-level leaders while implementing change and growth/efficiency initiatives.
  • •Strong leadership and ability to navigate conflict through positive conflict resolution and provide actionable feedback.
  • •Ability to travel up to 60% and live in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (or open to relocating).
