Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify vehicle information from work order details by inspecting interior, exterior, odometer, trunk area, and engine compartment for damage, missing parts, and mechanical issues.
  • •Prepare and complete all necessary documentation, including writing electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Set up systems for day-end and perform day-end procedures.
  • •Maintain knowledge to ensure policies and procedures are followed and to stay current on inspection techniques and improvements.
  • •Conduct OVE courtesy walk-around inspections and follow safety and health procedures; may perform other duties and overtime as needed.
