Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate execution of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within the CEC DA/ES program to align teams, stakeholders, and program objectives.
•Drive ART synchronization and ensure Program Increments (PIs) stay on track.
•Manage Program Increment (PI) events, including PI Planning, System Demos, Sprint Reviews, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops.
•Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team risks, dependencies, and impediments to support seamless program execution.
•Collaborate with Product Release Managers, Release Train Engineers, System Architects, and Product Owners to define, prioritize, and align the program backlog with customer needs; facilitate communication and mentor teams on SAFe best practices.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale program management or leadership roles, including 3+ years in a SAFe environment.
•SAFe Solution Train Engineer certification or equivalent experience.
•Deep understanding of SAFe principles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe roles/responsibilities.
•Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent platforms.
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
