Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team risks, dependencies, and impediments to support seamless program execution.
  • •Collaborate with Product Release Managers, Release Train Engineers, System Architects, and Product Owners to define, prioritize, and align the program backlog with customer needs; facilitate communication and mentor teams on SAFe best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale program management or leadership roles, including 3+ years in a SAFe environment.
  • •SAFe Solution Train Engineer certification or equivalent experience.
  • •Deep understanding of SAFe principles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe roles/responsibilities.
  • •Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent platforms.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
