Key Responsibilities

•Lead your squad to successful technical outcomes, balancing technical debt, system design, reliability, observability, and business needs.
•Enable engineers to elevate coding standards and best practices, especially around non-functional requirements.
•Work with product owners to gather and refine requirements, considering existing tools and solutions across the organization.
•Develop and design robust, scalable architecture solutions, including integrations across the internal technical ecosystem.
•Play a key end-to-end role in developing and delivering new features, including contributing to technical documentation and standard processes as needed.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 2 years with a PhD, or 11+ years total relevant experience.
•At least 3 years of production experience with Go (Golang).
•2+ years of experience with AWS Cloud and solid knowledge of AWS services (or other cloud providers).
•Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems, including experience with distributed transaction systems and messaging/event-driven architectures.
•Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Docker/containers, plus strong testing and software quality focus; hands-on with Terraform or other IaC tools is preferred.
