Supervisor Supplies - 3rd Shift

Lead the Supplies department on the 3rd shift, reporting to the Operations Manager and supervising team members with safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost-reduction goals. Manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping while driving operational metrics and continuous improvement. Maintain quality control and audit processes, ensure SOP adherence, and lead 5S and safety initiatives to reduce waste and manufacturing complexity on Flexographic printing equipment.
