Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical direction and safe site leadership for onsite installation, operational maintenance, testing, and startup of controls and instrumentation systems for gas/steam turbines, compressors, and generators.
•Lead and execute foundation and soft foot checks/adjustments, assembly/installation, equipment alignment, and independent equipment inspection.
•Drive safety, on-time delivery, productivity, quality, and cost while establishing and maintaining customer and BH relationships.
•Provide business ownership for assigned areas and balance customer service satisfaction with BH objectives.
•Perform field engineering service work as needed, support emergent/emergency customer needs, and contribute to root cause analysis for failures, forced outages, and incidents.

Key Requirements

•Engineering or technical training in instrumentation, electrical, automation, electronics, computing, or control and automation.
•Have an active CREA or CFT.
•Demonstrate professional experience with TMS equipment and related site operation, commissioning, and start-up scope.
•Demonstrate knowledge of turbine generators and/or compressors equipment and strong analytic/problem-solving skills.
•Be able to work with Microsoft Office and learn BH applications; demonstrate knowledge of MKVIe or RX3i or Woodward control panels; fluent English (written and spoken) or at least intermediate knowledge.
