Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as an individual contributor with ownership for electrical subsystem design in value engineering (VE) and component engineering (CE).
  • •Develop schematics, select components, perform detailed design, and support verification testing and interpretation of results.
  • •Translate product requirements into CTQs, apply value engineering/alternate low-cost approaches, and perform error budgeting for electronic circuits.
  • •Interface with cross-functional teams (mechanical, manufacturing process, simulation, drafting, ECAD, evaluation, marketing, supply chain, and external test labs) to meet technical objectives and constraints.
  • •Generate technical reports and documentation, manage engineering change requests/orders, and support project planning/execution with technical risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/ B.Tech or M.E/ M.Tech in Electronic Engineering.
  • •7–11 years of experience in electrical/electronic design and value/component engineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics design, including serial protocols (SPI, I2C) and microcontroller interfacing and ADC/DAC concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience with should-costing/value engineering methodologies and error budgeting for electronic circuits.
  • •Experience with PCB schematics and layout exposure (ORCAD/Mentor Graphics), design for manufacturability, and assembly/testing practices.
