Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing and coordinating the design process.

  • •Support the UK Design Manager by understanding project obligations under the scope of service agreement and applying design management lifecycle frameworks.
  • •Assist with performance metrics assessment and contribute to design management processes for successful project delivery.
  • •Plan, prioritize, compile, and maintain accurate deliverables; set up and monitor progress against the design management plan; identify threats to progress and scope.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Good level of spoken and written English (internationally recognised English qualification).
  • •Ability to analyse information from different sources and assemble meaningful reports, programmes, and spreadsheets.
  • •Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in design management and experience with design management processes and project lifecycle frameworks.
  • •Comfortably work to tight deadlines for UK and international projects and communicate effectively across time zones.
