Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across infrastructure and masterplanning projects.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.
•Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources, and risk.
•Coordinate inputs across roads, utilities, drainage, structures, public realm, and environmental disciplines.
•Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi standards, codes, and approval requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
•Chartered Engineer or Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred.
•Minimum 10–15 years’ experience delivering infrastructure and master planning projects within a consultancy environment.
•Proven experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.
•Strong background delivering projects in Abu Dhabi and/or the wider Middle East; experience working with UAE authorities and approvals processes.
