Key Requirements

  • •Prepare and review U.S. federal and state corporate income tax returns (Forms 1120) and support international filings (Forms 5471, 8858).
  • •Perform tax calculations and analysis (e.g., GILTI, FDII, CAMT, FTC, §861 allocations) and optimize compliance outcomes.
  • •Prepare and review annual income tax provisions, including deferred tax analysis (IAS 12 / ASC 740).
  • •Support tax planning and risk mitigation, including due diligence on transactions.
  • •3+ years of corporate tax experience with exposure to international tax and tax provision; CPA or a Master’s in Taxation is an asset.
