•Identify and develop new profitable client relationships by leveraging centers of influence, existing clients, and referral sources.
•Develop and review tailored relationship strategies for assigned clients/prospects with One Bank partners.
•Lead and coordinate client-facing activities, including credit support, treasury management, and capital markets.
•Analyze financial information to support credit decisions and partner with credit teams on credit requests.
•Use the bank’s CRM system for client activity tracking, call reports, and pipeline management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Minimum of 10 years Commercial Banking experience.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
•Thorough knowledge of Commercial, Treasury Management, and alternative lending and financing options.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
