Coordinate and control crew activities in real time at the center of airline operations. Own disruption recovery, support schedule recovery, and manage roster operations on a 24/7 rotating roster based at Auckland Airport. Make fast, sound decisions under pressure while communicating operational impacts clearly to a broad network of stakeholders, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of the flying programme.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage disruptions and own disruption recovery in real time to keep the flying program moving.
•Recover and support schedules after disruptions by adapting plans quickly.
•Coordinate and control crew activities, including roster management and crew logistics.
•Ensure New Zealand-based Pilots and Cabin Crew are positioned to support safe and efficient operations.
•Make real-time operational decisions in collaboration with a broad network of stakeholders.
