Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design of end-to-end supply chain solutions, covering network optimisation, warehouse processes, workstations, and operational layouts.
  • •Develop innovative concepts and engineering solutions for customer proposals, including facility layouts, process flows, KPIs, and operational models.
  • •Partner across Business Development, Account Management, Operations, and Launch teams through the solution development lifecycle.
  • •Present technical solutions and business cases to customers via proposals, presentations, workshops, and conference calls.
  • •Support transition of awarded projects into detailed operational designs and implementation plans, including engineering activities during new business launches.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience designing and implementing logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, or supply chain solutions in complex operational environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, with Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical solutions.
  • •Proficiency with engineering and business tools including Excel, AutoCAD, Visio (or similar), and project management software.
