  • •Design and guide high-level enterprise data models and integration patterns connecting HCM/Payroll systems to the enterprise data lake/warehouse.
  • •Serve as the data quality and governance owner, including data lineage, validation, metadata/cataloging, and compliance with HR data privacy requirements.
  • •Stay hands-on with SQL, data modeling, and pipeline/ETL work alongside the team, and provide high-level support for incidents and root cause analysis.
  • •Manage, coach, and grow a data team in India and partner with HR/Payroll stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics-ready data requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant, practical experience in data engineering, data modeling, data platforms, and/or enterprise data architecture.
  • •Deep technical expertise across one or more data areas of focus, including data modeling and data platforms.
  • •Hands-on ability with SQL, data modeling, and pipeline/ETL work, including troubleshooting complex data problems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative, or Engineering field preferred) or relevant experience.
  • •Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical team members and influence decision-makers.
