Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely load, unload, and move materials in the plant while alerting teams to production status using the light system.
  • •Keep work areas clean and clutter-free by removing scrap and cutting scrap off cores, including during changeovers.
  • •Perform quality control checks on product and ensure items are properly labeled before stacking finished product.
  • •Package bags/rolls, assemble boxes, weigh boxes, and keep accurate counts in the computer system.
  • •Pull resin as needed, weigh and label finished product, and help with training new team members.
