Video Systems Manager

Manage day-to-day delivery of customer maintenance agreements for MSI’s video solutions, coordinating with local service partners and internal resources to meet contractual commitments. Lead customer and partner relationships, ensure compliance with response/restoration SLAs, and drive customer satisfaction. Remotely diagnose system failures, facilitate call management, and oversee emergency service escalation procedures. The role supports vehicle intelligence product lines within Global Services.
