Job Summary

Serve as the primary operational execution point for the Lenox Asset Management team, supporting new and existing high-net-worth clients across managed portfolios and annuities. Coordinate onboarding and account maintenance by partnering with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and the broker-dealer. Process transactions, expediting wires and requests, maintain accurate CRM records, research inquiries, and help generate client proposals while escalating complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist new clients through the new relationship onboarding process and determine required paperwork by investment/account type.
•Liaise with clients, Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and the broker-dealer to ensure high-quality client service.
•Perform client service activities including client calls, transaction processing, CRM (Mosaic) recording, inquiry response/research, and account maintenance.
•Manage deposits and withdrawals for existing accounts, including expediting wire transfers, distributions, ACATs, portfolio rebalancing, and redemption requests.
•Support proposals, special projects, vendor relationships, and continued proficiency in evolving broker-dealer and custodian technology.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 80,000

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of prior investment/client relationship/sales experience.
•Solid understanding of equity and bond markets, trusts, and laws pertaining to security transfers.
•Familiarity with sophisticated investment solutions for high-net-worth individuals, including asset allocation strategy development.
•Ability to quickly identify complex requests and escalate to leadership when necessary.
•Comfort learning new systems and procedures, organizing workload efficiently, and maintaining strong client/relationship manager relationships.
