ML Research Engineer

Build scalable representation and data pipelines that turn unstructured text into structured insights (topics, clusters, trends, anomalies) for AI safety decisions. Train, post-train, and evaluate LLMs using modern alignment approaches (SFT/RLHF/DPO), reward models, and distributed multi-GPU training. Ship self-serve analytics and partner with engineering/research to integrate outputs under production constraints like latency, cost, and privacy.
