Training Experience Specialist Germany (m/f/d)

Foster customer relationships for Red Hat’s training and certification offerings by building learning plans, driving subscription renewals, and ensuring customers fully utilize learning subscriptions and Training Units. Manage inbound and outbound leads, design upsell and targeted campaigns to improve engagement and revenue, and promote open enrollment courses and certification exams. Analyze engagement and renewal metrics, support training resellers, and act as first contact and escalation point for customers.
