Parts Manager - OKC

Supervise day-to-day operations in a Carvana Inspection Center, overseeing the vehicle reconditioning process in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead and mentor a team of leads and front-line associates, driving continuous improvement while managing quality, production, and cost objectives. Ensure compliance with operating standards, health and safety, and loss prevention guidelines, and help with production planning and capacity across reconditioning lines.
