Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation and enhancement of finance systems and reporting tools.
  • •Drive process automation and digitisation across the finance function.
  • •Develop finance data governance, reporting standards, and management information capabilities.
  • •Manage finance transformation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and board/executive/shareholder reporting, including statutory and regulatory reporting and audit processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • •8–12+ years of experience in Finance transformation, financial systems, FP&A, or financial control within asset management, banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • •Proven experience leading finance systems implementations and transformation programmes across ERP, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data management.
  • •Strong expertise in FP&A, management and Board reporting, regulatory reporting and governance, and financial controls/process improvement.
  • •Ability to manage cross-functional transformation projects with Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors, delivering on time and within budget.
