Job Summary

Support senior leaders in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) Northeast Asia by coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and action items. Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting communications and leadership updates. Coordinate workshops, onboarding, supplier visits, and Suppliers’ Day events, and manage travel for leaders and visitors. Enable efficient cross-regional execution across Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage complex priorities, calendars, logistics, and time-zone coordination across regions.
•Prepare meeting agendas, materials, minutes, and track follow-up actions to closure.
•Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
•Draft clear communications, reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
•Organize team events and coordinate onboarding and travel arrangements for senior leaders and visitors, including supplier visits and Suppliers’ Day activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in multinational environments and supporting senior executives.
•Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Supply Chain major is a plus.
•Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin; TOEIC score above 900 is preferred.
•Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives and external suppliers.
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
