Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and coordinate E&I construction activities, including interfaces with other disciplines and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance and work execution per contract terms.
  • •Support PMT/E&I construction coordination by tracking AFC/shop drawing status, material receipt, and construction schedule updates.
  • •Identify and monitor changes to contractual scope/specifications, assess schedule/cost impacts, and request job instructions/variation order packages as needed.
  • •Maintain daily records (as-built drawings, progress, material utilization), manage manpower logs/allocation, and report constraints or potential shortages to the Construction Manager/Project Engineer.
  • •Coordinate E&I inspections and testing (client/certifying authority witnessing), clear punch lists, attend FAT and close punches prior to dispatch, and mentor junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical, instrumentation, or a related discipline from an accredited university (full time).
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Experience supporting PMT works for E&I construction, including drawings updates, material receipt, and construction scheduling.
  • •Ability to supervise E&I construction activities at site, including interfaces with other disciplines and subcontractors.
  • •Strong communication and reporting skills, with commercial/financial awareness and leadership potential.
