Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems in a QA-focused facility. Lead a maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance, maintain safety and quality standards, manage inventories and SOP compliance, and drive training to ensure zero-downtime operations while optimizing equipment performance using SAP ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate maintenance to meet internal customer requirements, ensuring safety and quality standards.
•Lead planned preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performance and minimize downtime.
•Inspect machinery for safety issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Plan and execute training to develop team members and maintain a skills inventory.
•Maintain tool inventories, ensure shop cleanliness, and enforce SOPs and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in maintenance, with 3 years of relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management.
•Professional registration such as MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, with ability to apply maintenance planning processes.
•Ability to lead and supervise a maintenance team, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, timely, and accurate work.
