Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct budget estimates to support feasibility studies using parametric cost analysis.
  • •Review designs at multiple stages and prepare quantity take-offs and quantified BOQ cost breakdowns.
  • •Manage procurement activities, contracting strategies, bid evaluations, cost negotiations, and RFP revisions.
  • •Administer change control by documenting design changes, valuing change orders, negotiating with general contractors, and processing approvals and budget adjustments.
  • •Review and recommend interim and final payments, manage monthly cost reporting and commercial meetings, and ensure QA/QC compliance for deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience related to Engineering Cost Management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a degree relevant to the position.
  • •RICS and/or AACE certifications/memberships.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish for international client communication.
  • •Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, plus CostX and AutoCAD.
