Key Responsibilities

•Coach and develop teams across multiple markets, including performance goal setting and structured personal development planning.
•Partner with International Procurement and key stakeholders to ensure supplier selection meets food safety, quality, ethical and cultural standards.
•Own and further develop the international supplier approval process, including onboarding, risk allocation and audit standards to reduce supply chain risk.
•Collaborate with International Development teams to identify and mitigate food safety and quality risks early in strategic projects.
•Develop, implement and roll out food safety and quality procedures and standards across international markets.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management or related field, or equivalent qualification.
•Several years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance (FSQA) or Supplier Quality Management in an international environment.
•Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams across markets.
•Strong expertise in food safety standards, audit processes, supplier approval systems and risk management methodologies.
•Experience working in cross-functional, international environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
