Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable next-generation DRAM in the manufacturing fab and ramp up production yield.
  • •Analyze electrical data and provide feedback to Progress Integration (PI) to define actions based on learning.
  • •Drive improvement of device performance and reliability by proposing and/or running DOE on silicon.
  • •Perform device characterization and deep-diving to understand performance and reliability issues.
  • •Monitor and maintain device performance on the production line and ensure specs meet production-grade needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
  • •Some background in semiconductor device characterization.
  • •Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
  • •Understanding of CMOS and circuit operation.
