Manage the procurement contract lifecycle within the global indirect procurement function. Execute complex contract review intake, validation, and coordination with legal and business stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and risk mitigation. Partner with category management to plan contract reviews and renewals, maintain accurate contract records in the contract management system, and act as a subject matter expert for contract governance and process improvements.

•Maintain and improve contract records and documentation in the contract management system for reporting and audits.

•Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and procurement practices.
•Familiarity with legal terminology, contract risk concepts, and compliance requirements.
