Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, plan and drive projects and program plans for pre-silicon development based on management and senior technical guidance
  • •Ensure programs follow execution metrics and adapt with agility
  • •Own projects or processes of significant technical importance crossing engineering domains
  • •Drive initiatives to improve program management effectiveness across the organization
  • •Create and maintain project management artifacts such as schedules, resource plans, risks and issues, and communicate status to stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in engineering (required)
  • •Proven program management experience in IC design or SoC development
  • •Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple engineering teams and manage schedules/resources
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to present program status to executives
  • •Knowledge of silicon/SoC design disciplines (RTL, verification, physical design); FPGA HW/SW development experience is highly preferred
