Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of corporate search-advertising clients, owning day-to-day account health, campaign execution, billing/compliance, and delivery of actionable customer plans. Partner with Account Strategists and the Account Management Head to meet revenue targets and drive feature adoption. Deliver ROI-focused upsells and optimizations, educate customers on the Bing Ads platform, and handle escalations and customer transitions through coordinated change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day management for newly onboarded and existing customers, ensuring flawless campaign execution.
•Coordinate internally to execute core campaign tasks and maintain awareness of billing and compliance requirements.
•Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities aligned to client ROI to achieve incremental revenue.
•Educate clients on the Bing Ads platform and features to help them reach business goals and execute on budgets.
•Leverage account and internal partner networks to manage escalations and execute customer transitions and change management (Book of Business updates).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, Sales, or online media, and Service experience.
•Strong knowledge of Internet advertising (CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, direct response).
•Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with a can-do attitude, partnering collaboratively with internal teams.
•Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferable.
