  • •Own the commercial strategy and lifecycle for the global colocation footprint, including renewals, expansions, exits, and capacity planning across providers and regions.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations with colocation providers for renewals, expansions, new capacity acquisitions, and related agreements in partnership with legal and procurement.
  • •Develop and manage strategic relationships with colocation providers, overseeing contractual obligations, service delivery, escalations, and operational performance.
  • •Partner with operations, engineering, product, and business intelligence teams to translate deployment forecasts into actionable power, space, and capacity requirements; support sourcing and market analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in colocation strategy, data center commercial management, infrastructure sourcing, capacity planning, or related disciplines in global environments.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations with colocation providers for renewals, capacity expansions, pricing negotiations, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
  • •Strong understanding of colocation commercial constructs, including leases, service orders, SLAs, power commitments, contractual obligations, and provider governance models.
