Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation, including invoicing of payments and variations, and incorporate them into tender documents and agreements
  • •Evaluate technical bids (PMC, FEED, EPC) for compliance and provide clarifications to bidders
  • •Prepare portions of the Technical Evaluation Report and finalize contract documents after incorporating bulletins and clarifications from the tender stage
  • •Evaluate variation requests/claims, analyze cost submissions, prepare counter-estimates using contractual unit rates, and recommend approvals
  • •Prepare AFE/AFOU for ongoing projects and coordinate with Project Control Managers to ensure adherence to Project Control Procedures throughout the project duration

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in a related discipline
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry upstream offshore, working for organizations such as Kent, KBR, Worley, Petrofac, or Saipem
  • •PMC experience is highly preferable
  • •Large projects experience is required
  • •ADNOC projects experience is mandatory, including working on offshore projects
