Job Summary

Support food and beverage operations for the Summer Concert Series at Chateau Ste. Michelle Amphitheatre. Assist the Wine Cocktail Tent Supervisor and team with wine cocktail and frozé mixing, batching, inventory control, and product delivery to vendors. Help keep the tent fully stocked, replenish during concerts, and support set-up and closeout tasks including cleaning equipment and assisting vendors with closing requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Mix and batch wine cocktails and frozé
•Control inventory and track products during the concert series
•Deliver products to the Wine Cocktail Tent and food vendors, including Coca‑Cola and Liquid Death to vendor cages
•Ensure the Wine Cocktail Tent is fully stocked prior to doors opening and replenish supplies throughout concerts
•Assist with concert and closing duties, including draining/cleaning frozé machines and purging syrup lines

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.4 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to work late hours
•Working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
•Entry level knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws, retail operations, and computers (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
•Leadership, guest relations, decision making, and staff schedule maintenance
•High school diploma
