Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute processing operations that support business needs, including monitoring, operating, connecting, cleaning, and troubleshooting drying equipment.
  • •Monitor and execute proper functions of process equipment (wet process, dryers, fluid beds, bag houses, and bulk transport systems).
  • •Operate and troubleshoot the processing computer control system and monitor operations while running.
  • •Adhere strictly to GMP requirements and actively participate in resolving downtime issues.
  • •Complete secondary processing duties, including maintaining log-sheets and batch records, performing cleaning, and executing preventative maintenance and assembly/disassembly of machinery.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold at least a NITEC qualification in a related field (sciences, technical, health-related, food manufacturing, etc).
  • •At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

  • •Close attention to detail with experience maintaining detailed documentation and batch records.
