Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive financial and operational analysis to support company-wide cash flow management. Own preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reports and performance metrics, conducting variance and trend analysis and maintaining advanced monthly financial models. Support Cash Flow leadership and executive leaders with recurring and ad hoc reporting, quarterly earnings support, and Board-level and external stakeholder materials. Extract insights from financial planning and reporting systems (FPR) and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support consolidated cash flow reporting and planning across the organization, including monthly/quarterly analysis, annual budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting.
•Support Business Unit monthly reporting by collecting financial and operational data and analyzing performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
•Conduct variance and trend analysis, including year-over-year comparisons, and analyze cash flow results vs. budget, forecast, and historical performance.
•Maintain and enhance monthly financial models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
•Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses for executive leadership, and support quarterly earnings, Board presentations, and materials for ratings agency meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
•Minimum five (5) years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills to evaluate and resolve complex financial and accounting issues.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
•Advanced Excel proficiency (including XLOOKUP and SUMIFS) and experience with Hyperion or comparable financial planning/reporting systems.
