Project Manager (Iraq, IQ)

Oversee construction projects end-to-end by developing project scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans. Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget. Monitor expenses, manage schedules and delays, handle contracts, and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety regulations. Identify risks, track progress with stakeholders, and support HSE initiatives, including incident reporting and resolution.
