Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide program and project delivery leadership for the technology program/project portfolio, setting priorities, milestones, and recovery actions.
  • •Own delivery planning and controls, including integrated plans, baselines, resource plans, financial forecasts, dependency/critical path monitoring, and corrective action tracking.
  • •Manage stakeholder and business outcome delivery by confirming outcomes, acceptance criteria, maintaining governance communication, and resolving cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Oversee vendor and financial delivery performance, including monitoring contractual commitments, project financials, variances, and coordinating commercial/delivery matters with Procurement/Finance/Legal.
  • •Ensure governance, risk, quality, and benefits realization through PM governance stage gates, assurance/audit readiness, SDLC adherence, testing/release/cutover governance, and post-implementation validation.

  • •Lead planning and execution of a technology program/project portfolio, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance expectations.
  • •Maintain robust integrated plans and baselines, with evidence-based status reporting, forecasting, and corrective action tracking across project lifecycles.
