Key Responsibilities

•Launch Fresha in Japan from the ground up: build early traction, win first customers, and establish operating foundations.
•Develop and execute regional and country-level sales strategies, overseeing the full sales cycle and pipeline management.
•Define Japan market entry approach, including priorities, positioning, growth opportunities, and success metrics.
•Build and nurture business relationships, drive customer acquisition and retention, oversee partnerships, and close early customer wins.
•Lead Japan operations and team leadership: set performance objectives, mentor a local team, manage KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and operational risks.
