Job Summary

Own and grow a large, multi-brand franchisee portfolio across your region as Deliveroo’s main commercial presence on the ground. Onboard new franchise sites, drive consultative growth through Deliveroo advertising, and raise operational standards that improve rider and customer experiences. Build local promo plans, align field activity to national strategy, and report performance through weekly tracking and monthly reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a large, multi-brand franchisee portfolio—owning relationships, numbers, and being the key point of contact.
•Onboard new franchisees and newly opened sites so operators understand the platform and standards.
•Drive growth by helping franchisees increase impact through Deliveroo advertising via consultative conversations.
•Work with franchisees to close operational gaps that affect rider and customer experiences.
•Build local promo plans, align with national strategy execution, and track/report performance via weekly tracking, monthly updates, and quarterly business reviews.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years in field sales, territory management, account management, or franchise support; QSR or franchise experience strongly preferred.
•Confidence reading dashboards and using data to identify underperforming portfolio areas.
•Proven ability to build relationships with business owners quickly and earn trust through preparation and follow-through.
•Understanding of how advertising investment drives growth and the ability to influence sceptical franchisees.
•Ability to thrive in a field-based role with significant travel and manage your own schedule effectively.
