Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions end-to-end within customer environments.
  • •Own components end-to-end—from architecture choice to deployment, validation, and production observability.
  • •Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into actionable agentic solutions.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines and dashboards to track deployment health and business outcomes.
  • •Co-build alongside customers and partners, sharing best practices and enabling teams to be more capable after each engagement.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system to show
  • •degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • •fluent in German and English
  • •hands-on experience with at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and willingness to broaden the stack
  • •experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns
