Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate sheet metal fabrication machines using shop orders and engineering drawings.
  • •Work with flat sheet metal (steel and aluminum) and run machine operations including brake press, hammer flanger, buffalo roller, and hand scribing/sheering.
  • •Perform first piece and in-process quality checks using calibration equipment such as calipers.
  • •Complete required safety and quality training, including mechanical power press types, safeguarding requirements, trip devices, and press inspections/die setting.
  • •Maintain quality, follow operating controls, and support consistent production in a fast-paced environment.
