Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and process returned materials from trucks and field teams.
  • •Receive purchase orders and verify incoming materials against documentation and system records.
  • •Pick, stage, kit, palletize, and load outbound materials for service and installation teams.
  • •Assemble accurate material kits based on installation and service requirements and stage kits by schedules and operational priorities.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in the WMS, including inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and cycle counts, and communicate shortages or discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; equivalent warehouse experience will be considered.
  • •2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material-handling experience; HVAC, electrical, or industrial experience preferred.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift and safely lift/handle materials up to 50 lbs.
  • •Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems for receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, picking, transfers, and material handling.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently while following safety and quality procedures.
